The Challenge Picture Marketing, Inc. is a technology company with an identity problem. It’s difficult for people to understand what their technology does. And it’s a challenge to increase their revenue with a limited budget.
The Solution First, we crafted a comprehensive marketing plan with agreed open objectives. As part of the plan, we repositioned the company in the hot experiential marketing space and simplified their messaging so it’s easier for prospective customers to understand what they do and why they’re credible. Second, we drove their product marketing efforts to create a more efficient, more streamlined process for defining and building products that have a need within the marketplace. Next, in advance of their funding, we looked for guerrilla opportunities to increase awareness of the company, such as contributed articles, partnerships, newsletters and targeted print advertising. Finally, we revised some key customer facing pieces with the new positioning and a stronger identity such as their website, sales presentation, print advertising and more. Results The sales pipeline for the company has increased significantly. Our efforts helped drive a 200% month-over-month revenue increase. And the future looks bright.
